Refund policy

Your purchase at Mediniva is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. We keep it as simple as the promise on our product page.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Take Mediniva for 30 days as directed. If you don't notice a difference, email us at contact@mediniva.com with your order number. You get your money back in full, no questions asked and nothing to send back.

The 30 days start on the day your order is delivered. The refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days of your email.

Subscriptions

If you subscribed, the 30-day guarantee covers your first order. You can cancel your subscription anytime up to the day before your next billing date, so no further delivery is charged. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, email us at contact@mediniva.com. See our subscription and cancellation policy for details.

2. Cancelling or changing an order

Orders go out within 24 hours. To cancel or change an order, email us right away at contact@mediniva.com with "Cancellation" in the subject line, your name and your order number. We will do our best to step in before it ships. If it has already shipped, it is still covered by the 30-day guarantee above, so you are never stuck.

3. Wrong address and undeliverable packages

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: it can only be corrected before the order ships. If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, we will offer you either a reshipment at your expense or a refund of the order minus the shipping costs incurred.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.

5. Late or missing refunds

If you don't see your refund yet, check with your bank or card issuer first: processing can take a few business days. After that, email us at contact@mediniva.com and we will send you proof of the refund.
