1. Definitions
These terms of sale ("Terms") are offered by Mediniva, publisher of mediniva.com (the "Seller"). "Site" means mediniva.com and all its pages. "Products" means the items offered for sale on the Site. "Customer" means anyone who buys on the Site.
Please read these Terms carefully and save or print them before ordering. Placing an order means you accept them in full.
2. Application
The Seller may change these Terms at any time. The Terms that apply are those in force on the day of your order. Information about the publisher and host is in our legal notice; the handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy.
3. Customer service
Customer service is available by email at contact@mediniva.com. Please include your name, what your request is about and your order number. We reply within 24 business hours.
4. Orders
The Products offered are those shown on the Site, while stocks last. Product photos are for illustration and may vary slightly with screen settings, lighting or angle.
To order: select your Products and add them to the cart, review the cart, enter your details, choose the delivery method, enter your payment information, then confirm. A full summary is shown before you confirm. The sale is complete when you confirm your order, accept these Terms and pay.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. The price that applies is the one shown on the day of your order.
Payment is by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, handled by secure payment providers. The Site never has access to your card details.

7. Money-back guarantee

7b. Subscriptions
Subscriptions ("Subscribe & save 20%") are delivered and charged automatically every 4 weeks, at the price and frequency shown before payment, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime up to the day before your next billing date, in your customer account or by email at contact@mediniva.com. All the details are in our subscription and cancellation policy.
8. Product information and responsibility
Mediniva Lymph Drainage Softgels are a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Check the ingredient list if you have an allergy.
The Seller is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, nor for indirect damages, loss of business or loss of profit arising from the use of the Site or the Products.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, illustrations, images, logos and trademarks) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction or adaptation without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed removed without affecting the other provisions.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. In case of a dispute, please contact our customer service first at contact@mediniva.com so we can find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your state of residence.
