Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States.

2. Processing and delivery times

Orders go out within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 days from order confirmation, processing and transit included. These times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. If any cost ever applied, you would see it before paying.

4. Tracking your package

Your shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to activate, until the carrier scans the package. If nothing shows up after 48 hours, contact us at contact@mediniva.com.

5. Receiving your package

Check your package when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, let us know right away at contact@mediniva.com with a photo.

6. Marked "delivered" but not received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and may ask you for a short written statement. We will do everything we can to make it right, including reshipping at our expense.
